Hi Janine, I want to make your 4th of July fruit tart. I wanted to tell you I made a shortbread crust for a fresh strawberry pie and the directions said to use a lemon/lime grater for the cold butter. It worked so well for that shortbread crust. We love it and grates so fast in tiny shreds.

I was sold when I heard sugar cookie crust with lemon curd filling. And then add fresh strawberries, blueberries and mint and it is so beautiful! Perfect for summer and for the 4th of July!
