I mix cheddar cheese with cream cheese. Plop in the fridge until it stiffens a bit and you can form it into a ball. After that I make lines around it to look like a pumpkin. Then use a pretzel rod for the stem and some celery or parsley leaves for the leaves. One more edible thing to add to your board. Keep up the good work, I look for your email all the time.
