Hi Yesim,
Since it has baking powder in it, I would say it should be baked after assembling. I could be wrong, so maybe give it a try?

Subbed Allspice for cloves, omitted walnuts. I made your (brown) butter glaze with 2 c of homemade powdered sugar since hubby likes traditional rolls. It made 10 HUGE rolls and they tasted fantastic. Thank you!
