Hi Kelsey,
That’s so wonderful that you’re making egg-free desserts. So, you could use an egg alternative if you like. I’ve also used sparkling (seltzer) water instead of an egg. So use 1/4 cup of sparkling water for one egg. I used it on a cookie recipe and couldn’t tell the difference!
