Hi Lisa ~ Thanks so much for coming over to my blog! You're so, so sweet! I'm hoping to change my garland to holly for the holidays. I can't wait to get back to the project. I think I'm going to hire my kiddos to cut out the leaves. I wish I had them all done. I'll post an update when I'm done. Yes, it is nice that my husband's a writer. He still writes in his spare time, but he isn't quite motivated since the book industry is kind of messed up right now. Poor writers! Oh well, at least he has a creative job! Hi Coco ~ Yeah, I just adore paper. The thing I found with this project is that you have to have both paper from books and just plain paper. The contrasts allows the written paper forms to standout! I want to revamp this project and make it with holly leaves and red pom poms. I just need to sit still for a minute and work on it. :o) No, I didn't cut up my husband's book, that would cause a divorce!!!
