My mom passed away a couple years ago and I still find things that trigger tears. Thanks to your mom I can keep baking and not need to change clothes and go shop. I wish you could tell your mom thank you for helping me. We will miss them until we see them again.

Sorry, I didn’t respond quickly, we are vacationing with very little cell reception. Since I measured things in cups I couldn’t get the exact grams. So, measure out 1 1/4 cups and then add an extra 1 tablespoon of sugar. I hope this makes sense. I’ll make the recipe again and check to see if just 1 1/4 cups of sugar works. I’ve had this pie recipe from a college extension department and this is their recipe.
