Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup light brown sugar firmly packed
  • 1 egg large
  • ½ cup chocolate chips you can add more if you like

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Mix peanut butter, brown sugar, and egg in a bowl.
  • Add chocolate chips and mix well.
  • Form cookie dough balls and place them on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake for about 9 minutes. Remove from baking sheet and cool on a cookie rack.
  • Store in an airtight container.
