Ingredients
14ouncecan jellied cranberry sauce
1applepeeled and diced
1tbspbutter
½tspground cinnamon
1tbspbrown sugar
½cupdried cranberries
1cupboiling water
Instructions
Peel, core, and dice the apple.
Place whole dried cranberries in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Set aside and let it sit.
Melt butter in a medium-size saucepan over low to medium heat.
Saute the apple with cinnamon for a minute.
Add brown sugar and heat until sugar dissolves.
Add cranberry jelly to the apples and mix thoroughly.
Drain reconstituted cranberries and add to the cranberry sauce.
Mix in and remove from stove. Serve warm or chilled.
