3 cups turkey or chicken (diced) 12 ounces 1 cup mayonaise 1 tbsp ground curry powder ½ cup celery chopped ¼ cup green onions finely chopped ½ cup dried cranberries chopped ½ cup sweet relish ½ cup sliced almonds salt and pepper to taste squeeze of lemon 4 slices sourdough bread
Chop and measure turkey, celery, green onions, and dried cranberries.
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Spread over toasted sourdough bread.
