Ingredients

  • 3 cups turkey or chicken (diced) 12 ounces
  • 1 cup mayonaise
  • 1 tbsp ground curry powder
  • ½ cup celery chopped
  • ¼ cup green onions finely chopped
  • ½ cup dried cranberries chopped
  • ½ cup sweet relish
  • ½ cup sliced almonds
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • squeeze of lemon
  • 4 slices sourdough bread

Instructions

  • Chop and measure turkey, celery, green onions, and dried cranberries.
  • Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
  • Spread over toasted sourdough bread.
  • Makes 4 cups of turkey salad sandwich filling.
