Equipment

  • 1 Charcuterie Board

Ingredients

  • blueberries
  • blackberries
  • grapes
  • cashews
  • honey sesame sticks
  • Fig Raincoast Crisps
  • Jack Cheese
  • cheddar cheese
  • almond covered chocolates
  • 6 rosemary sprigs
  • hummus
  • sliced almonds
  • cheesy bread sticks

Instructions

  • Use the cheesy breadsticks for the base.
  • Slice jack cheese about a 1/2" or less in width. Then I took a small star cookie cutter and made some cheese stars.
  • From the bottom, begin to add layers of food. If you like, create a pattern with the food and place them vertically to replicate pine needles.
  • Next, place the rosemary in between the layers.
  • Then place the cheese star under the rosemary. I wanted them to look like the stars were ornaments. Top the charcuterie tree with three stars.
  • Mound the hummus into a rounded diamond shape. Place sliced almonds in the hummus. Pattern the almonds to look like the cone scales of a pinecone.
