Drink 1 oz Blue Curacao 1 oz Malibu Coconut Rum 1 oz fresh lime juice 4 oz pineapple juice 1 lime slice
Min-Ice Cubes Make these ice cubes way ahead of time.
Mix water and food dye in a small pyrex measuring cup.
Pour water into a mini-ice cube tray.
Put in the freezer and chill for a couple of hours.
Sugared Glass Rim Place honey on a small plate.
Place colored sugar on another small plate.
Turn the glass upside down and coat the rim with the honey.
Next, place the rim on top of the plate of sugar and coat the glass rim.
Drink Take your mini-ice cubes from the tray and place them on parchment paper.
Place a slice of lime on the bottom or side of your glass.
Measure and pour the Curacao, Malibu Rum, pineapple, and lime juice into the glass. Add colored ice cubes and enjoy.
