• Preheat oven to 350°

Cookie Dough

• Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. This takes about one minute on low speed.
• Add the egg and vanilla and mix well.
• Mix flour and salt in a separate bowl.
• With your mixer on the lowest speed, slowly add flour mixture to the butter. Mix for 30 seconds until the dough is thoroughly incorporated.
• Place cookie dough on a parchment lined 8" x 12" cookie tray. Evenly distribute dough and pat it down.
• Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes.

Frost Cake

• Frost the whole cookie and the leftover frosting. You'll divide it up into small bowls.
• Take five small bowls and divide the frosting up among them.
• Color each bowl of frosting with these colors: peach, light pink, dark pink/red, yellow, lime green.
• Create circles of peach frosting on your frosted cookie.
• Add some pink frosting in a swirling design on your peach-colored flower.
• In the middle, add a tiny bit of red frosting.
• Now add the lime green stems and petals.
• Lightly swirl pink, orange, and green frosting in the background.
• Add little ball candies in the middle of the flowers.
