1bottlered winechilled full=body red wine like a Bordeaux or Rhone
½cupsorange mango juicechilled
¼cupIKEA Blueberry syrup
¼cupagave syrup
Instructions
Wash and prepare the fruit as noted.
Place in a 2-quart glass pitcher and add the brandy. Make sure to cover the fruit with brandy by pushing the fruit down in the pitcher.
Soak the fruit in the refrigerator for an hour or two.
When you're ready to serve, add wine, and fill the pitcher the rest of the way with orange mango juice or orange-pineapple juice. Add agave and blueberry syrup as well.
Served in chilled glasses with ice.
Notes
You can make this drink non-alcoholic leave out the brandy and wine, and the people who want the alcohol can add it to their own drinks. This beverage makes a great dessert fruit/beverage because of all the chunks of boozy fruit. Use whatever fruit you like and the amounts are suggestions.
