In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir into the sugar mixture, alternating with the milk.
Make about a ½ inch hole on the tip of my pastry bag. Next, place the pastry bag inside a tall drinking glass and fold the top over the sides of the glass.
Fill the bag with the batter.
Fill the heart-shaped mold with one row of batter.
Bake at 375° for about 10 minutes.
Bake donuts until lightly golden, remove the donuts from the oven and place them on a baking rack to cool.
While the donuts are baking start making the icing.
Icing
In a medium-sized bowl, add ingredients together.
If the icing is too thick, add more cream. If it's too thin, add more powdered sugar. With a spoon, blend icing. Use the back of the spoon to break up any clumps of sugar.
Add 2-3 drops of red food coloring if you want pink icing.
Dip cooled donuts in the icing and place back on the rack with icing side up. Sprinkle sugar candies.
