Equipment

  • bbq

Ingredients

  • 1 peach
  • tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 pat of butter
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

  • Wash your peaches and pat dry. Next, slice peaches in half and remove the peach pit. Also, there's no need to peel the outer peach skin since it retains the peach juice when cooking.
  • Slice pats of butter and place on a dish, and set aside for later.
  • Poke holes in a sheet of tin foil. I use a fork to poke the holes randomly through the foil. Set the foil aside for later.
  • Turn on the grill to medium heat.
  • Brush a little bit of vegetable oil on the cut side of the peaches and set the peaches oil side down on your bbq grill. Bake for about three to five minutes until peaches soften and cook.
  • Next, place your prepped tin foil on the grill. Flip peaches over and onto the tin foil and sprinkle the cut side of the peach with some brown sugar. Place a pat of butter on top of the sugar, and sprinkle additional brown sugar on top of the butter.
  • Cover the bbq and bake until the peaches are soft and tender and the sugar is bubbly. Take them off the bbq and serve.
