Ingredients
1tbspnon-dairy cream cheese
2tbspcocoa powder
70gramsgranulated sugar
1tspvanilla extract
180mlcoconut cream
240 mlOatmilkI use the extra creamy oatmilk
Instructions
Add the cream cheese in a large microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 10 seconds. Add the cocoa powder, sugar, and vanilla extract and stir with a whisk or rubber spatula until smooth.
Mix and combine the coconut cream and oat milk. Mix until sugar is dissolved.
Pour into a Ninja pint container, cover, and freeze for 24 hours.
Take the ice cream out of the freezer and remove the lid. Check that the ingredients have not been frozen at an angle. If so don't insert the frozen contents since it may damage the mixer. Place the pint in the Ninja outer bowl. Install the Creamerizer Paddle on top and engage the latch. Insert the outer bowl on the base with the handle in the middle of the unit. Twist the handle to the right to raise the platform and lock the bowl in place. You will hear a click when it is locked.
Press the machine's power button, then select the program, Ice Cream. The machine will run for a couple of minutes and stop when completed.
Once it's done, remove the bowl by pressing the quick-release button on the left side of the machine. If your ice cream is crumbly or powdery and not smooth, add some more oat milk and re-spin.
