Ingredients
Dark Chocolate Coating
4cupsRice Chex or Corn Chex cereal
½cupsemisweet chocolate chips
¼cupcreamy peanut butter
1tbspbutter
½tspvanilla extract
1½tbspcocoa powder
½cuppowdered sugarstart at ⅓ cup and add more if needed

Instructions
Combine the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth — about a minute total.
Whisk in the vanilla and cocoa powder until fully incorporated.
Place the Chex in a very large bowl. Pour the chocolate mixture over and fold gently until evenly coated.
Transfer to a large zip-top bag, add the powdered sugar, seal, and shake until evenly coated.
Spread on a baking sheet and let cool completely, about 20 minutes.
Once fully set, add the M&M's, candy eyeballs, peanut butter cups, candy corn, and sprinkles. Serve or store airtight.
Notes
Wait until the puppy chow is completely cool before adding candy eyeballs, or the dye will bleed. For a gluten free version, use certified gluten free Chex and check your candy and sprinkle labels.
