Ingredients

Crust

  • ½ cup unsalted butter room temperature
  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts

Cream Cheese Layer

  • 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • zest from a lemon

Pudding Layer

  • 2 cups milk
  • 6.8 ounces instant lemon pudding mix This is 2 (3.4 ounces) instant pudding mixes

Whip Cream Layer

  • cups whipped cream

  • chopped nuts
  • lemon zest

Instructions

Crust

  • Combine butter (softened) with flour and nuts in a mixing bowl. Mix well until crumbly, then press into an 8″x 8″ pan. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes and let cool. The crust will be a light tan color when baked.

Cream Cheese Layer

  • Combine softened cream cheese and powdered sugar in a bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy. Fold in lemon zest. Spread evenly over the cooled crust.

Pudding Layer
