Equipment

Ingredients

  • ½ yellow onion
  • cup mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 6 pepperoni

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Sprinkle a layer of Parmesan and mozzarella evenly across the baking sheet.
  • Arrange thinly sliced onions over the cheese, slightly overlapping to create a solid layer.
  • Place pepperoni slices on top of the onions, then sprinkle more mozzarella and parmesan over everything.
  • Bake for about 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown around the edges.
  • Let it cool slightly so it firms up, then slice and serve.
