½ yellow onion 1¾ cup mozzarella cheese ½ cup Parmesan cheese 6 pepperoni
Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Sprinkle a layer of Parmesan and mozzarella evenly across the baking sheet.
Arrange thinly sliced onions over the cheese, slightly overlapping to create a solid layer.
Place pepperoni slices on top of the onions, then sprinkle more mozzarella and parmesan over everything.
Bake for about 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown around the edges.
