Vegan Raisin Bread ( Bread Machine)
This Vegan Raisin Bread Recipe makes a moist and yummy bread. Even though it has no dairy this bread is flavorful and has a great consistency.
Servings 10 servings
- 4 cups Bread Flour
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 ½ cups Plain Almond Milk
- 2 tbsp Plain Almond Yogurt
- 1 cup Raisins
- 2 tsp Yeast
Coat raisins in about 2 tablespoons of extra flour.
Add all ingredients into the bread pan in the order listed.
Place the loaf pan into the bread machine and close lid.
Plug in the machine and program the machine for a 2-pound bread.
