Easy Homemade Granola Recipe with Chocolate

- 2 cups Old Fashion Whole Grain Rolled Oats
- ½ cup Wheat Germ
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Cocoa powder Unsweetened
- 1 cup Coconut flakes
- 1 cup Sliced Almonds
- ¼ cup Maple syrup
- 3 tbsp Cooking oil
- 1 tbsp Water
- 1½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Dark Chocolate Chunks
Preheat oven to 275°
Mix together in a bowl, oats, wheat germ, brown sugar, salt, unsweetened cocoa powder, coconut flakes, and sliced almonds.
In a small saucepan, mix maple syrup, oil, water, and vanilla extract. Bring to a slight boil, and add to the grain mixture.
Mix everything together and place on a greased baking pan.
Bake for 40 minutes in the oven.
Remove from oven and let pan cool on a baking rack.
Once cool add chunks of chocolate to the mix.
