Comfort Food

Over the years my husband and fell in love with cooking. On the weekends, we both enjoy being in the kitchen and working side by side preparing dinner. We have a few dishes we make quite often, and they are our main go-to recipes. This Caramelized Roasted Brussel Sprouts Recipe is one of our favorites. Whenever my husband is a bit stressed out from the work week, I can whip up this dish, and it puts a smile on his face. All his worries are gone once he takes a bite of the best tuna casserole recipe. We started making it when we first got married, and I found it in an old church cookbook.
