strawberries, strawberries, strawberries
strawberries are appearing in our grocery stores, hope they are where you live.  there is this yummy thing you can do with strawberries that just involves fresh strawberries dipped in yogurt/sour cream and brown sugar.  my friend kerry taught me this technique and her version is to use sour cream, but we have two members of our family that are deathly allergic to sour cream.  we have a ton of food and environment allergies, but i’ll have to devote that topic to another post.  anyway this is any easy thing you can do to strawberries and it is delicious and fresh!
we set everything out… a bowl of plain yogurt, strawberries, and brown sugar.
i really don’t need this photo, but kind of liked how it turned out so had to share…
:o)
dip the strawberries in yogurt/sour cream first…
then dip it in the brown sugar…
here is the final product…
watch out because in our family it becomes a feeding frenzy and the strawberries are eaten pretty quickly!

You're welcome! Yes, it is simple and yummy. You can have some fun with the serving dishes. I found that in a group the brown sugar tends to get wet from the yogurt, so I would have extra sugar around to replace the used. Thanks for visiting and hope you return for more ideas!
