Easy Topiary
this topiary is so easy to make and i just love how it turned out.  i bought all the supplies at Joann Fabrics.  it matches the pillows i have on my redesigned master bed.  hopefully in a few weeks i’ll be able to post my new master bedroom makeover.  in the meantime here is how i made this simple topiary.
i just went outside and picked up some sticks from an obliging tree.  i’m sure if anyone was watching me, they would’ve laugh since i was searching for the mossy kind that was on the green side so that it would match the topiary balls!
here are the materials you’ll need.
-1pot
-1 floral foam
-2 topiary balls
-sticks
-spanish moss (don’t need too much)

i just placed the floral styrofoam into the pot and then stuck the stick into the foam.
definitely put the whole topiary together before placing it into the styrofoam, you don’t want to move it around once it is in the stuff, otherwise it gets loose and your topiary starts to lean in ways you don’t want it too!   i didn’t do that here… and i learned my lesson.  if you look closely mine leans a little….    :o)
here is a close up look at the type of plant this topiary is made of.  they do have the mossy type too, so depending on your taste you have a choice between two types of vegetation for the balls.
finally place the spanish moss at the base for decoration.
