Tour of My Front Porch

everything is coming up daisies!

since our weather has been so nice lately, we have been working out in our garden.  we have put in some new lawn as well as a little patch of flowers and trees.  most of the flowers my husband has planted are daisies, so it made sense to put daisies in this cute basket i bought at our local craft store.  daisies are such a happy flower.  do you remember, meg ryans character in “You’ve Got Mail”? she loves daisies and she gets a bouquet from Tom Hanks.  love that movie….  ok, back to my basket.  i’m slowly decorating it and i’m liking the results.  hope this inspires you to make your front porch welcoming to you and your guests!

i bought these daises at michael’s craft store.  they are now on sale for 40%, they were pretty cheap compared to the hydrangea stems. don’t forget to have them scan your iphone coupon.

i think the table and chairs are martha stewart’s outdoor furniture line at home depot.  i just bought the green stripe sunbrella pillows at costco.  of course they were really reasonable…2 for $24!!!

i love my frog water pot…i got it at a yard sale!
