Halloween Twinkle Lights
this is a very easy project. the craft stores have so many fun paper cupcake liners that it is kind of difficult choosing just one design. i found some black and white polka dotted liners that i used for this project. i decided to double line my lanterns to make it fun and also add some support to the shades. so here are the materials you’ll need…

i placed two liners together and poked holes in them with a kitchen cooking skewer and then to make the hole a bit bigger i put a chopstick through the hole. then place the light through the hole. it doesn’t get any easier! have fun making them for all the holidays!
