Water Candles

Holiday Water Candles
these are fabulous candles to make with water, cooking oil, a wick and a small piece of plastic! i posted my halloween candle designs in the fall, and i thought it would nice to post my latest christmas designs.  i went with the shabby chic white and clear  motif.

so, to make it just decorate any glass container and buy a wick from a craft store.  here is the link to Amazon’s supply of wick.  the one i bought has a wire in it so you can form the wick to any shape.  next you add the water to the glass (you may want to add any food color dye).
cut a small square sheet of plastic, i used ikea container that an item came in.  this is what will hold the wick in place and float on the top of the water.
in the middle of the plastic square punch a small hole with the tip of a shish kebab stick or something sharp.  placing the hole in the middle is important so that the wick stays upright in the water.
pull the wick through and knot it a little on the bottom.
next place about 2 tablespoons of cooking oil with the water and mix around.  place the plastic and wick on the surface and light the wick.  enjoy!
here is the halloween candles that i posted in the fall….

Vegetables and also other healthy goods such as cheese is usually alternated by the meat or seafood including shrimps. Hotdogs is actually skewered too like sausages AS WELL AS frankfurters. Alternate most of these throughout cheese AND pineapple chunks intended for nutrition AND image appeal. Sweet ALONG WITH fruity sauces is actually prepared to help enhance food. making ones marinades towards the sweet side will additional improve ones taste on the children's liking.
