my black tin pots have seen better days.  they were all rusted and oxidized and looked pretty sad on my porch.  our gardener told me about this spray that he uses to freshen up wrought iron fences. so, i decided to try it on my now gray pots.  well, the results came out great and i was so inspired that added a topiary to them. now i’m thinking i can get a few more years out of them!  i still have a few more things i would like to add to my front porch but…one thing at a time.  thanks for stopping by and please follow me on bloglovin.

here is the spray you’ll need. i found it at home depot.

i just sprayed one coat on, it covered pretty well.

silk plant topiary…still not sure how i like this one.  restoration hardware has a dried boxwood topiary that i like.  if it goes on sale i just may use it instead of this one.

here is my front porch with the newly sprayed tin pots…love it!
