But, you know that I always try to share a personal story in my blog posts, so can we chat?
So, today I have a confession to make.
In the spring I started a cute little veggie garden in our backyard. When I finished tilling the soil and planting the seeds, I was so proud of my work. And this year, I thought how cool it would be to plant some pumpkin seeds.
After a couple of weeks of playing gardener, something terrible went wrong. I’m still not sure what happened.
My pumpkins were an utter failure.
Can you believe I only got one plant to sprout a pumpkin?
So, it was bad enough that some critter was nibbling my tiny white pumpkin well then the last offense happened. Unbeknownst to me, one of my family members turned off the sprinkler that watered my garden.
Yup, it shriveled up and died right on the tiny vine.
Needless to say, I have plans for my current veggie garden to turn into a rose garden next summer. You know that this gardener is not going to give up that easily.
But enough about me.
