Make Wrapping Feel Like Part of the Fun
At the end of the day, gift wrapping is just another way to add a little extra joy to the season.
It doesn’t have to be perfect, Pinterest-level, or stressful—it just has to feel like you.
A Personal Note from Janine

It’s been about a week since we closed on our new house, and my husband and I have been in full renovation mode ever since. Between painting, plumbing, and lots of cleaning, our days have been filled with trays, paintbrushes, and plenty of DIY projects at our new lake house.
While everyone else is gearing up for the holidays, we’re embracing the chaos that comes with making a new place feel like home—and loving it.
I can’t wait to slow down, wrap some pretty presents (one of my favorite things to do!), and I hope you truly enjoy this post as much as I enjoyed putting it together.
Happy Holidays!
Cheers,

PS: The house was originally all blue-gray, which felt like a bit much. In the third photo, you can see where we started painting parts of it white—it already feels so much lighter.
