A Personal Note from Janine
I stayed busy this week and tackled a few home projects—one of my favorites was finally giving our pantry a much-needed makeover! I swapped out all the plastic containers for glass and am so happy with how it turned out. I made all the labels myself using my fun little laser printer! If you have one, you know how amazing these are, but if not—let me tell you, they’re so handy. This printer requires no ink since it prints via laser, and I used the longer labels to create fully customized designs easily.
Now that I’ve seen how easy and satisfying it is, I feel my art studio is next on my organizing list. This little printer is about to get a serious workout!
I’ve also discovered that you can order colorful label rolls to switch things up, which is a fun way to add a personalized touch around the house. I’m loving this simple, creative way to stay organized.
Thanks so much for your visit and let’s hang for a bit today. Happy Saturday to you and your family!
Cheers,
This Week’s Inspiration – My Favorite Spring Crafts
A DIY Flower Garland is an easy and beautiful way to add charm to any room. This specific garland is made from paper flowers and a bay leaf base! It’s a fun, creative project suitable for any season, whether you want bright blooms for spring or warm tones for fall.
You can drape it across a mantel, use it as a table runner, or display it over a shelf for a cozy touch.
With just a few basic supplies—crepe paper flowers and some string—you can create this homemade floral garland that looks effortlessly beautiful and lasts a long time.
How to Make Candles with Dried Flowers
Making candles with dried flowers is a fun and creative way to bring a touch of nature into your home. Whether you craft them as gifts or add a cozy ambiance to your space, dried flower candles have a delicate, handmade charm that stands out.
Fried Rice Paper Flowers are a delightful and visually stunning dessert made by deep-frying delicate rice paper sheets, creating crisp, airy petals that resemble blooming flowers. Each crispy rice paper chip is held together with a dollop of colorful mochi in the center, adding a chewy contrast to the light and crunchy texture.
Once fried to a golden perfection, these edible rice paper flowers are dusted with a sprinkle of sugar, enhancing their subtle sweetness!
If you’re looking for an Easy Easter Wreath DIY, you’ll love this cute project. It would be best to have a grapevine wreath, a few faux apple branches, and chenille chicks. You can make this
Easter craft project in 15 minutes or under, and your kids will also love making it.
Lavender Wands Tutorial and Baskets
Let’s get crafty with this Lavender Wands Tutorial. In this easy DIY, I’ll walk you through the steps to make these cute, fragrant bundles, perfect for adding natural fragrance to your home.

I’m in the middle of putting together this Easter egg wreath, and I’ve decided to add some pretty Gold Leaf Easter Eggs. I thought I’d share how to apply and seal those gold leaf sheets onto wooden eggs.
It’s a bit of a learning curve, but I’ve got all the tips and tricks covered in this easy and helpful tutorial.
This Easy DIY Placemats project is super fun to create and brings a great touch of personality to your dining table. One of the best things about laminated corkboard placemats is their low maintenance. You can easily wipe them down with a damp cloth to clean up spills or crumbs; they should hold up well over time.
They’re eco-friendly and simple to clean, but they also have a fantastic, natural look that adds warmth and texture to any dining setting.
This Book Page Wreath uses pages shaped like cones. Crafters call this wreath a Dahalia book page wreath. So for this project, you’ll need only a few supplies, book pages, glue, and a wreath form.
This wreath is stunning and inexpensive to create!
These cute trinket shells are fun to create and just as fun to give as gifts. I bought one of these Decoupage Oyster Shells and tried making this easy craft. This simple decoupage project only requires a few supplies, Modge Podge, oyster shells, paper, and bleach.
I guess Anthropologie sold these shells in their stores a while ago!
If you enjoy decorating your dining room table, you might like these Easter Napkin Rings. They’re simple to make and so fresh and pretty. I love decorating our dining room table with pretty flowers, colorful plates, and beautiful linen. I always feel that napkins are helpful and add lovely accents of color and interest.
And this napkin ring includes both paper lemons and faux spring flowers. And if you don’t use cloth napkins, then maybe it’s time to start.
