How to Style Table Decorations for Summer!
Tablecloth
I always lovely an all-white tablecloth to set the stage for my table decorations. However, a lovely all-cotton tablecloth is perfect for this summer decor. A solid tablecloth highlights your plates and flowers nicely and shows them off quite well.
Pretty Dishes
For this summer table, I decided to use the Walmart Pioneer Woman Blooming Bouquet Dinnerware Set. The scalloped edges and pretty floral pattern caught my eye immediately. They are the main focus of my table setting. I love how they add freshness and color to my summer table decorations!
Silverware
These retro-style utensils take me back to my childhood. They scream summer to me and they look so fun with the place setting.
Placemats
I’m always drawn to mix and match styles. And for this table, I wanted to combine a floral design with a boho style. These bold placemats were perfect for the look I was after. I love how they complement the feminine dishes. And who can pass up a placemat with fringe!
Flowers
Flowers are always welcomed when styling fun table decorations for summer. I took a trip to our local farmer’s market and bought these from a local flower grower, Dutch Roots Farm.
Well this table decorations for summer was super fun to create. And my family enjoyed it over the 4th of July weekend. I love everything I bought from Walmart! It’s exactly what I needed to update our outdoor table.
