I always love holidays, and today I’m sharing my Valentine’s Day Table Decorations. This year our celebration is happening at home, so my tablescape is even more important to the family.
I have a blast when it comes to tablescapes. Valentine’s is one of my favorite holidays, and so I brought out my pretty glass candlesticks, added some flowers and a few more items.
We will be dining at home this year, and our young adult kids will be home with us. My husband and I will make a special dinner for the whole family, and we will have this candlelight table to dine at.
Whatever your plans, make it unique and memorable. We need some fun things in our lives these days.
Before we start, I happy to say that my dear blogging friends are joining me, they are listed later in this post.

If you haven’t thought about your Valentine’s Day table for this year, here are a few elements to consider when decorating.
ADD GLASS CANDLESTICKS AND VOTIVES
I love glass candlesticks since they reflect light and are sparkly. Add the candlesticks as well as mercury glass votives. Both add a lovely romantic light.
I bought my pink glass candlesticks at Target, but they no longer carry them. I found some that are somewhat similar if you are interested.
Style Above Your Table
I had fun painting these wispy branches that came from our garden. I love how they poke into the part of the table decorations. I added a few paper hearts and some cute little birds. You can view my Valentine’s Heart Tree DIY post if you want to create them.
The branches have a a whimsical organic style.
Use a White Table Cloth
I own a couple of white tablecloths, and they are my go-to when decorating our dining room table. I like how the white table cloth sets the backdrop for any color or style. Also, if they get stained, I spot clean them with a little bit of bleach, and they are as good as new.
By the way, here is my popcorn bar (here is a link to my buffet) that my daughter adores. It has been fun celebrating every holiday the last couple of months. It is like a breath of fresh comes through the house every couple of weeks.
