Saturday Chitchat with Janine – Volume 138
We decided to take a hike through the woods near my mother-in-law’s house, and my sister-in-law and I couldn’t resist collecting some of those beautiful fall leaves from the trees.
I absolutely adore how the trees take center stage during this season. There’s a quote I love that goes,
“Autumn is a second spring when every leaf is a flower.”
I’m gathering up some leaves with the hope of crafting something fun and festive for the fall season.
Be sure to take a moment to look around and soak in the stunning autumn scenery all around you!
Personal Note from Janine
I’m absolutely adoring the fall season here in Vermont!
You wouldn’t believe how farmhouse-style homes around here are decked out with pumpkins, autumn leaves, and all things Halloween. It’s awesome to see everyone putting in the effort to jazz up their front porches with such cool fall decor.
I’m loving the fact that people go all out to make their homes warm and inviting. Just the other day, we drove past a house that had lined up a bunch of garden squash and pumpkins on a stone wall by the road.
It was delightful to witness the vibrant array of squash colors scattered amidst the fallen autumn leaves!
The seasons don’t just change here; they put on a show and are pretty dramatic. Each one gets celebrated with some pretty decorations.
Cheers to the seasons!
