Why Seasonal Wreaths Are a Must-Have for Your Home

Wreaths have been a staple in home decor for years, bringing warmth, color, and festivity to any space.

Whether you choose a bold, bright summer wreath or a cozy, rustic fall arrangement, these decorative pieces can instantly transform your home.

A Simple Yet Stunning Decor Addition

Wreaths are an effortless way to make a statement, unlike other home decor items that require rearranging or replacing.

They can be quickly replaced with the changing seasons, making them a practical and stylish choice for homeowners who love to update their decor frequently.

How to Style and Display Your Wreath

Front Door Placement

The front door is the most popular place to hang a wreath. Choose a size that complements your door without overpowering it. Opt for a weather-resistant exterior wreath if your door is frequently exposed to the elements.

Indoor Decor Ideas

Wreaths aren’t just for the front door!

To bring a touch of seasonal charm indoors, hang a seasonal wreath above your mantel, on a gallery wall, or even as a centerpiece for your dining table.

Layering for Extra Dimension

For an extra decorative touch, try layering wreaths with ribbon bows or hanging them over a mirror for added depth and texture.

A Personal Note from Janine

A storefront with a pink door is adorned with an arch of pink, orange, and peach flowers, complemented by stunning seasonal wreaths. The floral display frames the entrance, while the window reveals a wall covered in photos inside the shop.

Spring always feels like a fresh start, and honestly, it might just be my favorite season. Don’t get me wrong—I love the coziness of winter and the magic of the holidays, but something about spring feels extra cheerful. The longer days, the sunshine, and all the bright, happy colors bring so much joy. After months of gray skies, I’m ready to soak in the fresh blooms, lighter evenings, and all the little signs that warmer days are ahead.

One of my favorite ways to welcome the season is with flowers—lots of them! Whether it’s fresh bouquets, floral crafts, or a new wreath for the front door, I love adding little touches of spring throughout our home. There’s just something about a beautiful wreath that instantly makes a space feel brighter and more inviting.

It’s a rainy day here in the San Francisco Bay Area, so I’ll probably stay cozy inside, dreaming up new spring projects, crafting, and maybe even starting a little seasonal refresh around the house. But for today, let’s check out some gorgeous DIY wreaths perfect for welcoming spring! Let me know which one is your favorite! ✨🌸✨
